Job Description
Browline is looking for a Client Director to drive business development & client relationship management activities across UKI and further growth in strategic European countries. The role will span the full client lifecycle including lead generation, new & existing client sales, client relationship and driving on-going evolution of the system. The Client Director will also liaise with SAP and any other SIs that are involved in the project.
The candidate will have at least 10-15 years relevant experience with 5 of those in sales. HR and payroll systems experience is required and preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
Role & Responsibilities
With your natural ability to build long-term relationships, and your strong consultative skills, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Annual Revenue – Achieve and exceed quota targets.
- Work closely with the business development director and other sales and solutioning colleagues to drive and close deals to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure selling of business value and outcomes instead of technology features and functions by adopting a consultative sales approach to address customers’/prospects’ priorities and pain points.
- Embody Browline’s value of team spirit by orchestrating internal resources and bringing together relevant teams to execute your territory plan and winning sales.
- Understand SAP’s competition and intelligently position our solutions and the company.
- Build and help maintain a pipeline of active opportunities for SAP Implementation, Support and Maintenance services sufficient to achieve target on a rolling annual basis.
- Develop relevant leads to contact and sell SAP Implement, Support and Maintenance services to.
- Maintain CRM system (Zoho One) with accurate customer and pipeline information to ensure forecast and pipeline accuracy in continuous alignment with local Sales management and partners.
- Engage existing customers to expand references.
- Develop win themes.
- Open to frequent, short-term travel.
Required Skills & Competencies
- At least 10-15 years relevant experience with 5 of those in sales. HR and payroll systems experience is required and preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
- University degree.
- Proven track record of sales target achievements (preferably in B2B software or IT services).
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.
- Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills.
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline management.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytics and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Able to work under pressure and understand the importance of customer / RFP cycle close deadlines.
- Assess the scope of work and estimate the effort with BCL’s Bidding team, prepare solution and draft the RFP response with Browline Consulting teams.
- Competently articulate solutions and problems to customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to understand the customer’s processes, pain points, and suggest innovative solutions to address them.
- Native English speaker.
